IDENTIFYING PARTICIPANT SCHOOLS FOR UP-LED STUDY ON STABLE WI-FI CONNECTIVITY AND STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES

This pertains to Memorandum No. OASICT-MEM-O51326—T3—1 dated June 15, 2026, titled Identifying Participant Schools for UP-LED Study on Stable WI-FI Connectivity and Student Learning Outcomes. The project aims to examine how stable internet connectivity may support student's academic learning, social-emotional development and school participation. It will also pilot the use of the Grow X SEL and Learning Upgrade platforms. Additionally, the project includes a Starlink-supported connectivity component for schools experiencing limited, unstable or unreliable internet access.
