In reference to Regional Memorandum No. 132, s. 2025 re: Guidelines on the Application and Establishment of Special Curricular Programs (SCPs), this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID) informs the field that the Department of Education- Regional Office I (DepEd RO1) hereby issues the enclosed Guidelines on the Application and Establishment of Special Curricular Programs (SCPs) to ensure a uniform and standardized process across all divisions.
