Relative Pursuant to Republic Act No. 7079, otherwise known as the Campus Journalism Act of 1991, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), particularly Rule IX, Section 1, and in consonance with Regional Memorandum No. 154, s. 2026 entitled "2026 Regional Schools Press Conference (RSPC)", this Office hereby issues the guidelines for the conduct of the 2026 Division Schools Press Conference (DSPC).
