GUIDELINES FOR DEPED PERSONNEL ON PERMIT APPLICATIONS (STUDY, CONDUCT RESEARCH, AND PRIVATE PRACTICE OF PROFESSION)

Pursuant to the Civil Service Commission (CSC) and Department of Education (DepEd) issuances, governing the conduct, rights, and responsibilities of government employees, the undersigned hereby issues these guidelines to regulate and standardize the application, processing, and approval of various permits among DepEd personnel within the jurisdiction of this Office.
