In light of the growing psychological strain caused by the increasing frequency and intensity of tropical cyclones experienced over the past year, the Schools Division Office I Pangasinan recognizes the importance of prioritizing employee well-being as an essential component of disaster risk reduction and management (DRRM). Also, as the opening of the new School Year on June 16, 2025 draws near, it is timely to support our personnel through proactive mental health and resilience-building initiatives.
