In reference to Regional Memorandum No. 786 s. 2026, and to Memorandum OM LS-2026-253, dated June 16, 2026 from the Office of the Undersecretary for Learning Systems, this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID) informs the field that the Fast Retailing Foundation (FRF) shall conduct a Scholarship Online Information Sessions for Grade 11 and Grade 12 Filipino Learners to introduce scholarship opportunities and higher
