With reference to attached DM-OUOPS-2024-05-06271 and Regional Memorandum No. 1302 s. 2024 containing the updated Child Protection Committee (CPC) Functionality Assessment Tool, schools in our area of jurisdiction are advised to self-evaluate their respective CPCs.
