Pursuant to DepEd Order No.10, s. 2018 entitled " Guidelines on the Issuance of Special Order for the Approval of Eligibility for Graduation from Senior High School of the Grade 12 Learners enrolled in Private Schools, Colleges and Technical - Vocational Institutions"; only Grade 12 learners in schools/ colleges with Government Permit to operate Senior High School are eligible for graduation and shall be issued Special Order (SO) Number.
