In reference to Regional Memorandum No. 0993, s. 2024, the Department of Education is steadfast in its commitment to ensuring that learner's interventions are provided at the right level and that no learner is left behind. The Rapid Mathematics Assessment (RMA) and Comprehensive Rapid Literacy Assessment (CRLA) for Grades 1 to 3 shall be administered nationwide by the beginning of the school year 2024-2025, ensuring coverage across every public school in the country.
