In compliance with the following legal bases (DepEd Order No. 31 s. of 2022, titled Child Rights Policy : Adopting the Rights-Based Education (REE) Framework in

Basic Philippine Education which states that “In RBE, DepEd programs

pertaining to child protection, student governance and participation... are

not viewed as extra, disparate or peripheral programs in basic education”,

DepEd Order No. 40 s. 2012, titled DepEd Child Protection Policy, and the

Interim Guidelines of the Learner Government Program (LGP) for SY 2023-2024

which is also contained by Regional Memo No. 448 s. 2023), the Learner Rights

and Protection (LRP) and Learner Formation (LF) arms of this school division Will

conduct the Batang LIDER Learning Sessions: Advocating Learner Rights and

Protection, Formation at El Pescador Resort Hotel in Bolinao on October 12-13,

2023.
