Pursuant to the attached OM-OUOPS-2025-10-00252 dated January 10, 2025, the Office of the Undersecretary for Operations, through the Bureau of Learner Support Services - Youth Formation Division (BLSS-YFD) will be conducting a profiling and mapping to account all teaching and non-teaching Registered Guidance Counselors (RGCS) in the field.
