The Schools Division Office 1 Pangasinan, through its lCT Unit, has successfully implemented the AlHelpDesk System to cater to lT-related concerns. As part of our commitment to improving support services and in preparation for Phase 2 of the program—which will expand the system's coverage to include concerns from all units and sections—we are conducting a division-wide evaluation survey.
