In compliance with the following issuances: DepEd Order No. 31 s, of 2022, titled Child Rights Policy: Adopting the Right-Based Education (RBE) Framework in Basic Philippine Education which states that in RBE-DepEd, programs pertaining to child protection, student governance and participation... are not viewed as extra, disparate or peripheral programs in basic education; Enclosure to DepEd Order No. 003 s. 2024 Monthly School Calendar of Activities for School Year 2023-2024; Memorandum OUOPS No. 2023-03 with subject Interim Guidelines of the Learner Government Program for School Year 2023-2024 dated May 5, 2023; and the attached Memorandum DM—OUOPS-2024-Il-02487 Schedule of the Supreme Elementary Learner Government (SELG) and Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) Elections for School Year (SY 2024- 2025) with Annex A — Learner Government Election and Appointment Code, Annex B (Enclosures 1-22 of the Memo on the Constitution and By- Laws of the Learner Government Program including the General Plan of Action template). the SDO 1 Pangasinan schedules the Division Federated Elections and Induction for Learner Government, YES-O, and BKD for SY 2024-2025 (see Enclosure No. 1) as follows:
