In connection with the conduct of the Division Schools Press Conference (DSPC) for School Year 2026-2027 on September 9-11, 2026, the Schools Division Office I Pangasinan hereby disseminates the Training Matrix, attached to this Memorandum as Annex A, for the information and guidance of all concerned. The lectures, training sessions, and contest activities shall be conducted at the designated venues, namely the Calasiao Sports Complex, Calasiao Comprehensive National High School, and Calasiao I Central School, as specifically indicated in the attached Training Matrix.
