DISSEMINATION OF THE IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS (IRR) OF REPUBLIC ACT NO. 11106, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE "FILIPINO SIGN LANGUAGE ACT"

In reference to Regional Memorandum No. 731, s. 2025 re: Dissemination of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 11106, otherwise known as the "Filipino Sign Language Act", this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID) informs all concerned personnel to ensure the wide dissemination and implementation of its Implementing Rules and regulations (IRR), as issued jointly by the Department of Education (DepEd), the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), and other agencies.
