In reference to Memorandum CLMD-2025 1323 re: Dissemination of Memorandum on the Invitation for Special Program in Foreign Language (SPFL)- Spanish Teachers and Coordinators/ Supervisors to the VII Jornadas De Ele Manila 2025, this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID) informs the field that the Bureau of Curriculum Development-Special Curricular Programs Division (BCD-SCPD) is pleased to announce the conduct of the VII Jornadas De Ele Manila 2025, organized by the Department of European Languages at the University of the Philippines Diliman, the Modern Languages Department at the Ateneo de Manila University, the Spanish Embassy, the Instituto Cervantes, in collaboration with the Asociacion Filipina de Enseñanza de ELE (AFELE), the Philippine Association of Spanish Teachers, and the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID).
