In line with the Regional Memorandum No. 481, s. 2026 entitled "Dissemination Of DM-OUGOPS-2026-02 -00696 (Transition Monitoring and Support Rapid Survey on the Full Implementation of the Strengthened SHS Curriculum in Private Basic Education Institutions)" this office through the Schools Governance and Operations Division - SMME Unit directs All Private Basic Education Institutions (PBEIs) offering SHS program to conduct a rapid survey.
