Disqualification from Coaching Privileges for the Teaching and Non-teaching Personnel Involved in Learner Rights Protection Cases

Relative to Regional Memorandum No. 1631, s. 2025, titled "Disqualification from Coaching Privileges for Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel Involved in Learner Rights Protection Cases," which disqualifies any teaching or non-teaching personnel with pending issues or cases related to learner rights from serving as coaches or from joining any school sports activities that involve direct contact with learners. This is to protect all learner-athletes during the upcoming sports events such as the District Meet, Division Meet, RlAA Meet, and Palarong Pambansa.
