In reference to Regional Memorandum No. 970, s. 2026 re: Development, Validation and Finalization of Formative Assessment Instructional Resources (FAIR) Package for Key Stage I (Kindergarten to Grade 3), this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID) informs the field that the Bureau of Learning Delivery—Teaching and Learning Division (BLD—TLD) will conduct the Development of Formative Assessment Instructional Resources (FAIR) Package for Key Stage I (Kindergarten to Grade 3) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 on the dates specified below. The venue for the Validation and Finalization shall be disseminated through a separate issuance.
