In compliance with the attached DepEd Order No. 006 s. 2026 titled Guidelines on Ensuring a Safe and Motivating Learning Environment, this Office instructs public schools to strictly comply with the said DepEd issuance, which aims to protect learners from any incident related to Learner Rights and Protection (LRP) concerns to include bullying, gender-based violence, among others. Private schools, State and Local Universities and Colleges (SUCs/LUCs), and Philippine Schools Overseas (PSOs) are highly encouraged to adopt this Order.
