In reference to Regional Memorandum No. 643. s. 2026. re: Data Collection on Academic Recovery and Accessible Learning (ARAL) Tutors and Learners for SY 2025-2026 Summer Period and 2026-2027 and the Unnumbered Memorandum from the Office of the Undersecretary for Human Resource and Organizational Development and Infrastructure dated April 23. 2026. this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID) informs the field that all Schools are directed to accomplish and submit the Needs Assessment Form (NAF) for Academic Recovery and Accessible Learning (ARAL) on or before April 30, 2026. The data to be collected shall serve as basis for determining the required number of DepEd and Non-DepEd ARAL tutors, as well as the target learners for SY 2025- 2026 Summer Period and SY 2026-2027.
