ln compliance with the attached Regional Memorandum No. 1433 s. 2025 pertaining to the conduct of Regional Mental Health Summit for Youth Leaders 2025 on November 30 to December 2 at NEAP Region 1 in San Vicente, San Fernando City, La Union, this Office thru the School Governance and Operations Division - Learner Formation (LF) shall send in the said activity six (6) learner leaders and one (1) division-based project development officer /division Leamer Formation (LF) coordinator as chaperone, whose details appear on the updated list of participants below:
