In adherence to DepEd Order No. 11, s. 2018 and DepEd Memorandum No. 037, s. 2022, otherwise known as the Guidelines on the Preparation and Checking of School Forms and Resumption of Implementation of the Policy on Checking of School Forms as prescribed in DepEd Order No. 11, s. 2018, this off‌ice will conduct the Division Checking of School Forms by the Division Checking Committee for Grades 7-12 respectively.
