In reference to Regional Memorandum No. 1231, s. 2024 re: Conduct of the PIDS Study on Accessibility and Participation on Inset and TPD Programs, the Philippine Institute for Development Studies (PIDS) is conducting a study on the accessibility and participation in ln service Training (INSET) and Teacher Professional Development (TPD) programs. The study aims to understand the existing challenges and identify opportunities for reform as well as to explore how these programs can better serve educators and ultimately contribute to revitalizing the Philippine education system.
