In reference to the Regional Memorandum No. 265, s. 2026 and Memorandum DM-LS-2026-074 from the Office of the Undersecretary for Learning Systems, this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID), informs the field regarding the conduct of the Learning Systems (LS) Values Formation Survey as part of the Department's continuing efforts to strengthen and enhance the Philippine Basic Education System.
