In line with the R.A. 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act and the commitment of government to promote good governance, this office creates the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) in adherence to the principles of transparency, accountability, equity, efficiency, and economy in its procurement process.
