Pursuant to Memorandum DM-OUHRODI-2026-0610 re: Submission of the FY 2025 Zero Backlog Report dated March 03, 2026, Division Offices (Units/Sections) and all Public Elementary and Secondary Schools under Schools Division Office I Pangasinan are hereby directed to comply with the submission of data for the FY 2025 DepEd Zero Backlog Report on whether there is an existing or zero backlog for the services declared in their respective Citizen's Charter covering the period of January 1 to December 31, 2025.
