In compliance with the attached Regional Memorandum No. 1058 s. 2025 and DM — OUOPS — 2025 — 11 - 04284 pertaining to the Collection, Consolidation and Validation of Reported Learner Rights and Protection (LRP) Concerns for SY 2023-2024, this Office earnestly calls for the attention and active cooperation of all public and private schools in the immediate compliance of the submission requirements of their LRP concerns, whether reported and addressed in the school level or reported and addressed in the division office.
