Pursuant to the memorandum issued by the office of the Assistant Secretary for Legal Affairs, dated April 8, 2022, clarifies the rules and guidelines on the Authority of Certain Officers to Administer Oaths, as stated in Section 41 of EO 292 otherwise known as the Administrative Code of 1987, as amended by R.A. 6733 and further amended by R.A. 10755.
