Pursuant to the attached Regional Memorandum No. 302 s. 2025 and Memorandum No. 2025-10-01059 from the office of the Undersecretary for Operations (OUOPS) dated February 13, 2025 titled "Career Guidance Program (CGP) Curriculum Exit Tracking System for School Year (S.Y.) 2024-2025 and Conduct of Localized Career Expo 2025", this Office through the School Governance and Operations Division (SGOD) - Learner Formation Unit, directs all SHS graduates for SY 2024-2025 to accomplished the Curriculum Exits Tracking System through the link https://tinyurl.com/CETS-SY2024-2025.
