In reference to Regional Memorandum No. 826, s. 2026, and reference to the letter of the National Commission for Culture and Arts on the Call for Competitive grants Proposals for Calendar year (CY) 2027 this Office, through Curriculum Implementation Division (CID), inviting cultural workers, artists, cultural organizations, local government units, academic institutions, and other interested stakeholders to submit proposals that contribute to the preservation, development, and promotion of Philippine arts and culture.
