As part of BSP Training Scheme for the year 2025, the BSP -Pangasinan San Carlos City Council announced the conduct of Council-wide Basic Training Course for Unit Leaders (Kawan, Troop and Outfit Advisors) on October 30, 2025 virtual via Zoom and on November 8-9, 2025 (face-to-face) at Bugallon Integrated School, Bugallon, Pangasinan.
