In compliance with DepEd Order No. 31 s. of 2022 titled Child Rights Policy: Adopting the Rights-based Education (RBE) Framework in Basic Philippine Education which states that in RBE-DepEd, programs pertaining to child protection, student governance and participation... "are not viewed as extra, disparate or peripheral programs in basic education," and the Memorandum from the Office of the Undersecretary for Operations dated May 5, 2023 entitled Interim Guidelines of the Learner Government Program (LGP) which was issued as guide of governance levels in the effective implementation of the Learner Govemment Program, this Office advises the following identified participants (see Enclosure No. 1) to participate in the BATANG LIDER (Leaderhip: Innovative, Disciplined, Engaging and Responsive) Learning Sessions: Year II cum Crafting of Integrated General Plan of Action for SY 2025-2026 & Planning Session for 3rd Togyupan (Division Learners' Convergence) 2026 which is scheduled on August 26-27, 2025 at 3rd Floor, Building 1, Division Office.
