In reference to Regional Memorandum No. 1212, s. 2024 re: Allocation of Classroom per School for Library Facility, the Department of Education through the office of the Undersecretary for School Infrastructure and Facilities instructs all Schools Division Offices (SDOs) that every school shall allot at least one (1) classroom that will serve as library. This can be accomplished either by converting an existing excess classroom or by allocating a new classroom in the case of new construction projects.
