This is in reference to an Advisory from the Office of the Undersecretary for Human Resource and Organizational Development dated May 20, 2024 that there have been misinterpretations and inconsistencies in the implementation of Part V (H) Item 55 of the National Learning Camp Guidelines, which states that:
