Pursuant to the Department of Education's commitment to generating reliable learner assessment data and strengthening evidence-based instructional interventions, this Office directs the administration of the National Learning Assessments (NLA), Comprehensive Rapid Literacy Assessment (CRLA), and Philippine Informal Reading Inventory (Phil-IRI) during the prescribed assessment windows for School Year 2026—2027.
