Accomplishment of the Individual Laptop Recipient Confirmation form for Non-Teaching Personnel Recipients of DepEd Computerization Program (DCP) Laptops

Relative to the Memorandum issued by the Information and Communications Technology Service (ICTS) entitled "2025-2026 Submission of DepEd Computerization Program (DCP) Equipment and Connectivity Validation, Receipt Confirmation, Feedback, and Photo Documentation," this Office directs all non­teaching personnel recipients of DepEd Computerization Program (DCP) laptop units to accomplish the required Individual Laptop Recipient Confirmation Form.
