Pursuant to Presidential Executive Order No. 84, s. 1999, declaring the month of March of every year as Rabies Awareness Month, and in line with Republic Act No. 9482, otherwise known as the Anti-Rabies Act of 2007, the Schools Division Office I Pangasinan, through the Health and Nutrition Unit, has conceptualized activities mandating all secondary and elementary schools to undertake the same.
