In reference to Regional Memorandum No. 378 re: 2025 Regional Invention Contest and Exhibits (RICE), this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID), informs all concerned that the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) thru the Technology Application and Promotion Institute (TAP) shall be holding the 2025 Regional Invention Contest and Exhibits (RICE) by Cluster. The said activity is in line with the implementation of the National Invention Contest under Republic Act. No. 7459 otherwise known as"Inventors and Invention Incentives Act of the Philippines", which gives recognition of the indispensability of the Filipino inventors.
