In reference to Regional Memorandum 1523, s. 2025 and pursuant to Proclamation No. 479, s. 1994, declaring the month of November of every year as the Filipino Values Month, the Schools Division Office I Pangasinan through the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID) enjoins all schools to celebrate the event to strengthen moral recovery, civic consciousness, and the practice of positive Filipino values among learners.
