With reference to Regional Memorandum No. 180 s. 2025, Regional Office I through the Human Resource Development Division shall conduct the 2025 DepEd Region I Scholars' Summit with the theme Empowering Educators, Transforming Learning: Scholarships for a Future-Ready Education", at the National Educators Academy of the Philippines-Region I (NEAP-RI), San Vicente, City of San Fernando, La Union on March 28, 2025.
