In reference to Advisory No. 041, s. 2022 dated March 08, 2022, this Office through the Curriculum Implementation Division informs the field that the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) - Philippine Cultural Education Program (PCEP) is extending an invitation to a nationwide Balagtasan workshop in conjunction with the National Literature Month celebration in April 2022.
