The Department of Education (DepEd), through the Bureau of Learner Support Services- School Health Division (BLSS-SHD), in partnership with the Department of Health (DOH), World Health Organization (WHO), United Nation's Children Fund (UNICEF) and the Local Government of Marikina City, shall organize this year's celebration of the Global Handwashing Day with the global theme, Unite for Universal Hand Hygiene.
