Today, we live in a progressively diverse, globalized, and media-saturated society that demands educators/teachers keep abreast with the distinctly 21st-century learners who literally take in the world by unlocking the mysteries of technology.

The onset of this educational shift entails huge changes and challenges mainly in the Department of Education. We, as key players and advocates of learning, are confronted with how well we must execute our roles to effectively implement the changes in our system particularly the K to 12 Program.

Being able to link with the world through the use of the internet is now a requirement for all schools and offices to learn and share meaningful and effective practices, approaches, and other information relevant to teaching and learning. Our capacity to connect through this channel can facilitate better communications, fast-track information-sourcing, process seamless and transparent governance, and deliver dependable service to the entire Schools Division Office 1 of Pangasinan.
