Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Fisheries Scholarship Program - Qualifying Examination

The Department of Agriculture through the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) Region I will be conducting a Nationwide Qualifying Examination for the BFAR’s Fisheries Scholarship Program (FSP. The FSP has three (3) categories namely: (a) Fisheries Industry Leaders Grant (FILG) which is exclusively for incoming Senior High School student of SY 2024-2025 who belongs to the graduating class and honors, (b) Fisherfolk Children Educational Grant (FCEG) for incoming Senior High School student of SY 2024-2025 whose parents and legal guardians are registered f‌isherfolk in their city/ municipality, and (c) Indigenous Cultural Communities / Indigenous People (ICCs/IPs) Grant for graduate and graduating students who is a member of an ICCs/Ips tribe recognized by National Commission on Indigenous People (NCIP).
