This is to inform the field that the DTI Creative Industries Development Council (PCIDC) Secretariat is organizing the Young Creatives Challenge (YC2) Season 3, a nationwide competition that recognizes and showcases the creativity of young Filipinos while providing opportunities for artistic growth and national recognition featuring the Regular Edition and the Elementary and High school Editions which includes Animation, Game Development, Graphic Novel, Online Content Creation, Playwriting, Screenwriting and Songwriting.
