The Boys Scouts of the Philippines, Pangasinan-San Carlos City Council will conduct a Planning conference for its 43rd Council Jamboree and Kawan Holiday (Boy Scouts Camp) at President Hotel, Lingayen, Pangasinan on September 25, 2023, 1:00pm to 3:00pm.
