In reference to DepEd Advisory No. 193, s. 2023, the Philippine Librarian Association, Inc. (PLAI) in partnership with the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) through the National Committee on Library and Information Services (NCLIS), the National Library of the Philippines (NLP), and University of the Assumption will be conducting the PLAI Centennial National Congress on November 21-24, 2023 at the SMX Convention Center, Clark Field, Pampanga.
