Relative to this, the Provincial Youth Development Office, DICT Pangasinan and the National Council on disability affairs will be conducting another "Pangasinan IT Challenge for Youth with Disabilities" with a theme "Unlocking Potentials" that will be held on March 6, 2024, the venue to be announced later.
