For the information of the field, the UP Subol Society (UPSS) Baguio Chapter is a non-stock, non-profit university-based organization at the University of the Philippines. As the first and premier organization of UP students from Pangasinan, its primary function is to ( 1) serve the people of our beloved province and (2) provide an avenue for students with Pangasinan roots to meaningfully interact and cooperate. At its core, UPSS aims to promote a purposive scholarship within the university, in Pangasinan, and, consequently, in the country.
